Sunday, 8pm

recognise this evening?

The rebuilding never ends

45 minutes on one post. Five templates tried. Nothing feels right. That's not a content problem, that's a system problem.

Everything lives somewhere else

Attendance in one app. Parent notes in your phone. Seating chart on paper. Nothing talks to anything and you are the only link between them.

Nothing is built for you

Every planner tracks your students, your grades, your meetings. Not one of them asks how the week actually went for you.

there is another way

The shift

open one file.
find your whole year.

Nova is a single hyperlinked planner where every page is two taps away. Nothing to install, nothing to set up, nothing to rebuild in January.

Your last September

Your last September

Four apps and a paper notebook

Scrolling to page 43 to log attendance

A new planner bought every August

Sunday spent setting up, not resting

Abandoned by March, every year

This is the real navigation rail printed on every single page of the planner. Watch it below, then find the full breakdown of every section further down.

What is inside

bring everything you teach together

71 working templates across 88 fully hyperlinked pages. Every page is undated and duplicable, so it fits 30 students or 130, trimesters or semesters, any country, any grade.

Getting Started

Welcome, compatibility and a short guide so you are running in five minutes.

Student Notes

One profile per student. Duplicate the page as many times as your class needs.

Curriculum Map

Map the year unit by unit, then link straight down to the lessons that deliver it.

Bonus Toolkit

16 pages of real classroom life: behaviour, homework, birthdays, field trips, brain dump.

Calendar

Undated month and week views that start whenever your school year starts.

Attendance

Duplicable trackers built to survive a full year of marking without running out of rows.

Parent Contact

Every call, email and conversation logged in one place you can actually find again.

Meetings

Staff notes plus a dedicated IEP and 504 meeting template, rare in other planners.

Paper & Stickers

Lined, dotted, grid and blank pages ready for anything the week throws at you.

Lesson Plans

Daily and weekly layouts that work for one subject or for six different ones.

Gradebook

Track assignments and results per class without exporting anything to a spreadsheet.

Seating Chart

Four layouts included: rows, groups, horseshoe and free. Rearrange without redrawing.

Substitute

Sub plan, daily schedule, emergency procedures and a feedback report, ready before you need them.

Teacher Wellbeing

Three pages that are about you and not about your class. More on this below.

Teacher Wellbeing

“The section I use most is not the lesson plans. It is this one.”

Most planners treat you as a function. Attendance, grades, meetings, repeat. Nova has three pages that do not track your class at all.

Gratitude Log

Three good things and a mood, on the days you can manage it.

Energy & Boundaries Check-In

A quiet look at what drained you this week and what you will say no to next week.

Self-Care Toolkit

Your own list of what actually helps, written down before the week when you need it.

Three themes, one purchase

pick the one that fits your year

All three themes are in the same download. Switch whenever you want at no extra cost, because a January mood is rarely a September mood.

Lavender

Calm and soft. The quiet default.

Peach

Warm and bright. Good for long terms.

Mint

Fresh and clear. Easy on tired eyes.

Who built this

I taught seventh grade for 9 years. For eight of them I spent my Sundays rebuilding the same planner from scratch.

I tried paper planners. I abandoned every one of them by March.

I tried spreadsheets, sticky notes, three apps at once. Nothing held.

So I built my own. One file, everything linked, one tap to anywhere. I made it for me. Then a colleague asked for a copy, then four more did.

I was sceptical about digital planners for years. I want to say that plainly, because you might be too.

The section I use most is not the lesson plans. It is the Wellbeing pages. Five minutes, a gratitude line, an energy check. Some weeks that is the only part I fill in and it still helps.

Nova will not work for everyone. It changed my Sundays.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly do I get when I purchase?

You get one digital file with all 14 sections, from lesson plans to grading and everything between. All 3 themes are included from the start. It opens in GoodNotes, Notability, print, and more. Nothing ships, nothing to assemble, ready the moment you download it.

Is this a subscription?

One payment, made once. There is no monthly fee, no renewal and nothing to cancel later. The file is yours to keep for good, and updates to this edition stay free for as long as you use Nova in your classroom.

How do I get the file, and what if something goes wrong?

After checkout, Shopify emails you the download link straight away, so there is no waiting or account to set up. If anything looks off or you cannot find your email, write to novaforteachers@gmail.com and we will sort it out.

Will it work with my school's calendar?

Yes. Every page is undated by design, so it fits trimesters, semesters or quadmesters, and any school calendar in any country. Your year starts on the day your school year actually starts, not a fixed date on a template.

Do I need a specific app to open it?

You are not tied to one app. Nova opens in GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo, Noteshelf, Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides and Adobe Acrobat, or you can print it on paper. Use whichever tool your school already runs on.

I teach over a hundred students, is there enough space?

Yes. Student profiles, attendance sheets and trackers are all duplicable, so you copy a page as many times as your class list needs. Links point to the content itself, not to a page number, so nothing breaks when you duplicate.

Do I have to pick a theme now?

You are not locked into one look. Lavender, Peach and Mint are all included in the same download from day one, at no extra cost. Use one all year, or switch whenever a new term feels like a fresh start.
